Do you offer full service design and planning?
The short answer is no. Our goal is to simply provide the decor you need to bring your wedding design dreams to life! There are many talented design and planning professionals out there and we would be happy to provide recommendations. That being said, we are happy to take a look at any inspiration photos or vision boards you may have and let you know what we are able to provide in order to help bring your vision to life!

Do you have a showroom?
While we don't have an official showroom, we can absolutely set up a time for you to stop by and view our rentals.

Can you custom order decor and rentals for my wedding?
Possibly! Depending on what you are looking for, we are always open to adding new items to our collection.

What is your turnaround time for custom signs?
Usually about three weeks. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to ensure your signage is ready in time for your wedding! But keep in mind, this turn around time is for production only. this means your final mock ups need to be approved even sooner.

How does your rental process work?
To get started, send us a message letting us know the items and quantities you are interested in renting / purchasing as well as the address of your venue, and whether you would like your rentals delivered to and picked up from your venue or if you would like to pick them up from and return them to our office yourself. Then, we will create a rental agreement for you to review and approve. To secure your rentals, you will just need to sign and return the document and send along the required payment amount (usually 25% of your order total). From there, you will receive your rentals by pick up or delivery, according to our rental agreement on the agreed date and time. Then, after your wedding we’ll either pick them up or you will drop them off (according to our rental agreement) on the agreed date and time.

While we currently just offer shipping for our fabric signs and stationery within Canada, international shipping is coming soon!

Currently, our acrylic and standard signs are available for local pick up only, just outside Peterborough, On.

How do I order a custom or semi-custom sign or stationery?
A:
To get started, let us know what you have in mind for your fully custom sign, stationery or which semi-custom item you would like to order. Please include as much detail as possible. From there, we will be in touch with mock ups and a quote. You may request as many changes as you like to the mock ups to ensure your order is just perfect for your big day! Once you have approved your final designs, we will send you an invoice for your order. Once we've received your payment, your order will go into production. Once production is complete, we will be in touch with tracking details or pick up information if you have chosen that option.
